What I believe...

I believe the most important thing in life is being true to yourself .  You only live once so there’s no reason to waste time doing something you don’t want to do, so If you want something go after it.  If you take the time to consider what you truly want out of life, figure out how to get it, then pursue what you desire you will be as satisfied in living the life you want, even if you get everything you want.   Everyone wants something different out of life and everybody is in a different situation – It’s up to an individual to analyze their situation, decide what they want out of it, then go for what they want:  knowing that life is full of uncertainties and as things change plans and goals will also need to change.
I desire to get the most I can out of life.  Even though as a college student I do not have the money to enjoy all of material possessions I would like to have, I enjoy life because of the people in it.  I am lucky enough to have a great group of family and others from older generations willing to mentor and support me in doing the best I can in my life.  I also have many good friends my age who make life fun and help when things go wrong.
I believe the only way to feel alive is to share life with others.  Everything we know comes from language, what we share with others so, without other people life would be lonely and confusing. That is why I keep an open mind and am willing to make friends with anyone –You never know what someone can teach you until you talk to them. The more you communicate with and learn for others, the better equipped you will be to handle life’s challenges. Part of being true to myself is being true to the people I care about; I have a strong desire to help others, especially my friends and family. The people in my life are my motivation to do more with my life my dream is to give back to the people who have given to me.
